Inbox issue
I use my Outlook 2007 with my Excel 2007 workbook to send emails to clients using my Yahoo account. The problem I seem to be having is Outlook keeps clearing out my inbox from my Yahoo account and placing it in the Outlook inbox. I don’t have a problem with Outlook copying the inbox from my Yahoo account but not wiping it clean, since I use my Yahoo account more often I can sometimes miss something.

Re: Inbox issue
Select Tools | Send/Receive | Send/Receive Settings | Define Send/Receive Groups... (or press Ctrl+Alt+S).
You'll probably see All Accounts in the list. Select this and click Edit...
You'll see the accounts that you have set up. Select your Yahoo account, and clear the check box to use this account to Receive mail items.
Click OK, then Close.

Re: Inbox issue
If you prefer, you can also download Yahoo messages to your Outlook inbox AND leave them on the server:
Select Tools | Account Settings...
Click Next.
Select your Yahoo account.
Click Change...
Click More Settings...
Activate the Advanced tab.
Tick the check box 'Leave a copy of messages on the server'.
OK your way out.

Thank you Hans
