This must have been asked before but I can't find the answer...
Following a rebuild of my Win 10 desktop (long story why I had to do that) Outlook now has a search bar in the tile bar. Unlike in Word or Excel, Outlook does NOT seem to have an option to 'Collapse the Microsoft Search bar default'.
Does that mean I'm stuck with this in-yer-face search bar that I don't really want?
Thanks,
Ken

Yes. Despite thousands of complaints, Microsoft has - up to now - refused to make this configurable.
Best wishes,

Why am I not surprised?
I may yet be able to get rid of it because I think it's only appeared because I've inadvertently setup / I'm using the Office 365 trial that came with the PC, rather than my olde worlde 32 bit Office 2016 Pro Plus installation, for which I have a DVD.
