Filter applied in Outlook Inbox
In Microsoft Outlook 365 (I believe the actual product being used is Outlook 2019), when I have my Inbox open, there is a message on the bottom left that states "Filter applied." What is being filtered? How do I remove the filter?

Re: Filter applied in Outlook Inbox
Activate the View tab of the ribbon.
Click 'View Settings' in the 'Current View' group.
Click the Filter... button.
You can inspect what is being filtered.
Click 'Clear All' to remove the filter.

Re: Filter applied in Outlook Inbox
I don't see anything being filtered. Here is what I see:
Search for words: blank
From: blank
Sent to: blank
Time: none
When I click Clear All, nothing changed. However, it did make the Filter applied message displayed on the bottom left of the Inbox disappear.

Re: Filter applied in Outlook Inbox
For Outlook 2019 and above, the UI has changed a bit. This means that you have to click the Settings in the View tab, then click filter, then click on advanced. There is usually an "IMAP filter marked items" or similar wording, that you can remove, and THEN you get to see the total counts an unread counts on bottom status line of the main window.
