Hello. I'm using Google Chrome and in Windows 8 I'm very often have to reload a page twice, often three times, before it displays correctly. Typically, it displays just text, then some formatting, then finally the full page with images. This happens on many sites, including Eileen's.
Why might this be?

Re: Failure to load page in GC
Hi Hans. I always do this via CCleaner, but I'll do it via the GC Settings to see if it makes a difference. I've also updated the browser - see if either makes a difference over the next day or so. Ta, Andy.

If all else fails, you could use Internet Explorer or Firefox
Best wishes,

I used to prefer Firefox but Chrome overtook it for speed. I did install it recently though so I might play with it a little.HansV wrote:If all else fails, you could use Internet Explorer or Firefox
Internet Explorer? I'd rather reload three times
