Had a look at the Startup tab in MSCONFIG and found this entry - no name and no command.
Is it safe to disable it?
Anyone have any idea what is it, please?

I'd disable it to see if something "breaks." You can always turn it back on.
You might get a copy of WhatInStartup - Disable/delete programs at Windows startup to see if it shows any more info.

Thanks for that. Downloaded the aforementioned program - no other fields filled in -over what is shown in the picture - when it ran.
Bizarre.
Going to disable as you suggested and see if anything untoward happens.

You could also run a scan with CCleaner and see if it comes up with any remnants of uninstalled software:
