I dont know why the technical staff where i have buyed the notebook have assignaed the lettrer E to the System drive!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need to change in C and booth fro next time to drive C,how to?

Not sure why that would be, but, seeing it's a new computer, is it causing any problems, if yes, what kind ?

RIGHT click in the shaded area for HDD 160GB (E:) and select the option to "Change Drive Letter and Paths". You should then be able to choose C: and reboot.

I've never done this to force my main boot drive to have a new drive letter but I have used this feature to make sure the memory card slot on my printer is always assigned a particular letter.

I don't believe you can do that with your primary boot partition/drive. The best option here is to reinstall Windows. Seeing that the system was setup by someone who was paid for their work, it should be returned to them for the "problem" to be corrected. Just my 2 cents.
