Invisible Links
I've been noticing that when I make a link live in a post that it is not very well contrasted to the surrounding text and thus is difficult to find and use unless you accidentally mouse over the link.
Is there a way to modify the Lounge code to make these links stand out more prominently ?? It would be ever so helpful to the visually challenged amongst us.

Re: Invisible Links
In the default prosilver skin, links in posts are blue and underlined. In the other skins, they aren't underlined until you pass the mouse over them.

Re: Invisible Links
In the Rainbow Pearl skin the link isn't underlined, but it does appear in a contrasting color (white instead of green on the dark blue background)

Re: Invisible Links
Yoo-Hoo, Mikey... Do you think you could at least change the Subsilver2 if not all five? I have the same trouble and one might notice that in a lot of my posts I've been manually underlining mine since Rainbow is the only other one I checked where I saw the color contrast.

Re: Invisible Links
Mike, this is what I see in subsilver2 (I did see the underline a while ago, but it has disappeared again):

Something has definitely changed this morning.mwolfman wrote:My last post, with the attachment is in firefox 3.5.8 on OSX.
An hour ago I could see the underlining in IE8, but not in Firefox 3.6.
Now I don't get the underlining in either!

Re: Invisible Links
I've just noticed - the link in Doc's signature shows with the underline:
What's the 'linkindex' number mean?
Code: Select all
<a linkindex="27" href="http://www.namesnframes.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" class="postlink">www.namesnframes.net</a></div>
<a linkindex="96" href="http://www.eileenslounge.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" class="postlink">Eileen's Lounge</a></div>

Re: Invisible Links
I'm on FF 3.5.8 + subsilver2 and Mike's tweak works a treat, links are underlined.

Re: Invisible Links
This is REALLY strange. When I got up this morning and started reading this thread again, I didn't see the underline yet in subsilver. So, I closed my browser, emptied its cache and restarted.
I'm running Fx 3.5.8 in XP and still don't see the underline... (nor do I see it in IE8)
