I was introduced to this by a client, and have just tested it by using it myself with a print-broker colleague, i.e. not a network-savvy guy. Since I'm not a network-savvy guy either and we got it to work the first time trying in less than 60 seconds (a.k.a. fool-proof) I thought I'd post it here.

In your browser URL box type "join.me" without quotes. No http or www stuff either. How easy is that?
Save and run the little join.me.exe.
Phone/email the 9-digit key to your buddy (who has also d/l a copy of join.me.exe).
Buddy types in the 9-digit code, you can click "Share Controls", and immediately you are both driving your shared computer.

Even I found it easy ...

P.S. When the session closes it appears to be a Good Boy Scout and tidy away the d/l join.me.exe, but I get the feeling you can preserve a copy elsewhere, to trim 5 seconds off the process next time.
