One of the sites I am a member of, it is a cookbook site, pays a site called Zendesk.com to provide support. When I create a support ticket that site is where I can find it in the future if I ever have to refer to it. To access it, I click on links within the cookbook site. I then have to sign into it using the same information I use to access the cookbook site. I get the message that this Zendesk.com uses cookies and I have to set FireFox to allow cookies. I cannot get into this site no matter what I do with the cookies settings. I can access using other browsers with no problem but I'd prefer to use FF. I have even set Zendesk.com in the exceptions where it is supposed to always allow cookies from that site. Still I cannot access it. Any suggestions what I may be able to do to get into that site using FF?
See attachment for what I get and no matter what I do the "sign in" button is never active.
Thanks
