On this mobo Is istalled a sata hd and a CD Reader.
Possibile ti add a new sata hd?

The specifications mention that this motherboard has 2 SATA slots. One is taken up by the hard disk, so there is room for another hard disk.

This Micro ATX board has only two internal SATA connections (SATA3 6.0 Gb/s), so the quick answer would be no (using a HDD and a CD-drive), just looking on the face of it.
However, it has got a couple of slots: one PCI Express 2.0 x16 and two PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots. The first one is probably used by grahphics (if not provided by the CPU, or in this case using the integrated grahpics). If the other two are empty one could use a PCI Express 2.0 SATA controller card, that is, a card that provides extra SATA ports through PCI Express. I don't know how that will work with the BIOS from AsRock.
