Does it have to be brand new? The MicroDream site John suggested for refurbished PCs allows you to customise things. I couldn't see a 3 or 4TB HDD option but it would be easy to buy one elsewhere and fit it. For example, a core i7 (2nd gen) + 8GB RAM with a 256GB SSD can be had for about £400 inc VAT.
