Using Windows 7 and Devises and Printers there is an icon displayed for a printer driver that is no longer needed. I had a Brother Corp. support technician on line with me because for some reason the printer lost the network IP address. He managed to get it back and working fine again but neither he nor I could find a way to remove that unneeded printer icon. Right clicking it did not give an option to remove it on one computer as it did on the other 2 computers. I tried highlighting and deleting it but that too did not work. What can I do to remove that printer driver from the list in Devises and Printers.
Thanks.
