Search Key was not found on any record
I am using Access 2010. I am trying to import an excel spreadsheet into Access. I keep getting, "The Search Key was not found on any record".

Re: Search Key was not found on any record
Check the field names (column headers) in the spreadsheet - make sure that they don't contain leading or trailing spaces (preferably no spaces at all).
Best wishes,
Hans

Quite often it is the indexing of the DB which is at fault with this type of error. Try Compact/repair on the FE and BE (if you have one) and then try again once you have done the checks that Hans mentioned.

Re: Search Key was not found on any record
I just retyed the headings and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you. Very frustrating.
