Win 7 - IE 10 - Saving A Downloaded File
In Windows 7 using IE 10 has the option to save a file in whatever folder I want to disappeared? I can't seem to be able to do that unless I try changing the IE settings "View Downloads" options. But then as far as I can tell all files will be saved in only that one particular folder and still not allow me to tell IE 10 where I want other downloads saved.

You have to click the little arrow to the right of the Save button in the download pane at the bottom of the browser window and select Save As from the dropdown menu:
If you don't get this option, we'll have to look further.
