Client has a Windows 7, 64 bit machine with Office 2003.
Yesterday, it started not sending any attachments. It will just sit there with the message that it is sending and receiving emails. The email never gets sent. But with no attachment they go out like there are suppose to. It has worked just fine now since last November.
Not only then, the client is a tax preparer, and he can send attachment from his tax program which is using the Outlook account to send the email.

Re: Not sending attachments 2003
Could the client's antivirus software be interfering?
The client could try this:
Press WinKey+R to open the Run dialog.
Type
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
Press Enter or click OK.
