This issue is a different database. FYI
1st question: Any way to trap that error?
2nd question: My query has calculated expressions in it but it runs just fine.
Form that pops up the error allows me to continue after error message with no issues!

After selecting a employee from a combo. I disable all of the afterupdate code and the error still comes?

Is the Employee combo box bound to a calculated field?
