Greetings!
M wondering if the collective have ideas on how to solve a situation.
I have folders, with many sub folders. I would like to have a solution to move the files in each sub folder into the parent. In cases where the filename is the same, to auto-rename.
Any thoughts?
Brad

Re: Move files from Sub Folder to Parent
Should all files move one folder up, or should all files move to the top folder?
Best wishes,
Hans

Re: Move files from Sub Folder to Parent
See How to Copy Files from Multiple Subfolders to a Single Folder? for several methods to do this. Method 3: using Windows Search might be the easiest.
The article uses a folder containing photos as example, but it applies to other folders too.
