Disable Notification pop ups

Is there anyway to completely disable all popups including those from the system (eg Windows defender telling me to update)? Having them go to Notifications is fine I just don't want any pop-ups. If there is no official way is there a hack, eg fooling Windows into thinking a presentation is taking place. Thanks.

Thanks, I've been there, done that. It curbs the problem but doesn't eliminate pop ups entirely.

Try this:
- Click on the Action Center on the right hand side of the Taskbar.
- If you don't see Quiet Hours, click Expand.
- Click to highlight Quiet Hours.
