Welcome to Eileen's Lounge!

Unlocker is a free tool that can help you delete files and/or folders that are locked.
Best wishes,
Hans

The site that I linked to is the developer's website; it should be OK.

But as always with freeware, be cautious when you install it. Always choose custom installation if available, and take care not to install unwanted extras...
Best wishes,
Hans

This is what I get when linking to the site quoted above.

The download page does contain some misleading links to other software. That may trigger the warning you see.

Cedric Collomb's software itself has always had a good reputation. I downloaded Unlocker1.9.2.exe and scanned it with Windows Defender and with Malwarebytes. Neither found a problem.
Running the installer didn't propose installing other software.

The link Hans supplied, went directly to the proper website.
What browser are you using?
I'm using Firefox and do not believe I have anything "special" checked in the options.
Are there any other sites that you are having problems with being diverted to elsewhere? I've been using Unlocker for quite some time now and recommend it highly.
