My Windows Always running slow !!

Hello All

my computer is running slow ! most time 70% cpu , %80 ram an 50% disk is in use !!!

also I disabled most not used program startup option

Your screenshot shows that 'Antimalware Service Executable' is using a lot of processor power. This means that Windows Defender is working overtime.

1) Do you have another anti-virus program besides the built-in Windows Defender?
2) Have you run a full scan with Windows Defender recently? If not, it might be a good idea to run such a scan at night, while you sleep.
