Logic suggests that both human heads are about the same size.
Since the image presents one head with about twice the 2D area of the other head, that suggests a square-root-of-two difference in distance (the 3rd dimension).

Yes, I know - this is incorrectly referred to as "social distancing", but "antisocial distancing" would be more appropriate...

I think the nose belongs to no one and is fake. If it's not then it may belong to the right guy because of the nostril, this is usually bigger at the end when viewed from the side.
