Dear oh dear oh dear

Post by RonH »

'When I woke up this morning' :fanfare:

Still quite dark but the deer (mum and two kids) are just waking up. Seems that they favour us for overnight accommodation ... free of course.

I am moving to Norway.
Same climate, but better mornings.

There's a joke in here somewhere about deer(dear) taking advantage of cheap accommodation.

You bet, Chris, we get very strong winds on the west coast.
Sent to us with the compliments of ... Bonavista :flee:

Oslo region is reasonable because the mountains protect from west coast storms.

Not sure about the wind, but they probably have a lot of rain, dear. :thinks:

Ron, you shouldn't be impressed. Mostly it's a bunch of irrelevant comments from bored stay-at-homes with nothing much that has to be done until bed-time except fixing the chimney caps which, with a proposed "Wind chill minus 22 this morning and minus 14 this afternoon", isn't going to get done. Again

We have here one individual here who, so help me, invents problems that noone has even dreamed of, that he thinks he can solve. But can't.

I speak as one who who had to use Google-maps to find the county of Rutland just last week. It is a tiny county and can easily be lost

(later) I just noticed that there are only three more days to go until my annual posting about "trees in winter"

Cheers
Chris

Rutland doesn't seem so little then :clapping:

And as for the dear Google Maps lady, she was so helpful to me driving in Australia recently. I got so many 'recalculating route' comments that without her I likely would still be there
