Hi Jay,

I cannot view that website from The Netherlands. Firefox shows a blank page, and Internet Explorer a 403 error...
Best wishes,
Hans

Blank page in Canada, too.

On phone Chrome in Australia I get a 493 error just from http://www.friendlys.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not so friendly.

I had no idea that Friendly's was so... unfriendly. :hairout:

Here's the main image on that page:

I connected my VPN client to a US server and was able to connect to Friendly's. Strange that they would geo-fence themselves like that.

Rudi, thanks for the update.
Perhaps a general idea of "water conservation" will be a good thing to come out the communal experience.

You are familiar with Hanrahan, right?

Cheers

Saw the GP at 9:15 and the Podiatrist at 9:30. Jim the pod was so BRILLIANT with my foot a year ago that I was happy to fork out $50 cash for a quick lesson in muscles and bones.

Off for an X-Ray and now wait to hear whether Cartilage wasn't lost in a day but over a lengthy period, or whether it is something other than Cartilage loss, in which case more tests.

I'll say this for the Ontario Health System: when they suspect something is wrong, millions of dollars are spent on tests, scans etc and I get the feeling that the GPs and specialists have a large amount of data from which to diagnose.
I've just spent an hour/coffee with an old pal and he agrees. He too has been "wheeled in" and processed.

The cynics view is that everyone wants to exceed their budget so that they can get more next year, but I feel that they really do get every view possible of the body, and base decisions on observable facts and measurements.

Time will tell ...

Hi Jay. That link came up empty, but http://www.chicagotribune.com/dining/sns-dailymeal-1869784-friendlys-noreaster-pothole-limited-edition-ice-cream-flavor-2318-20180203-story.html seems to work.
