one thing i have learnt about programming ms access.. is Research > Do > Test > Test Again.

Hans appears to be unknown to google (they whom know everything!)
and as the hint gives, that may not be a real name, or some sort of pseudonym.

I'm so relieved to find out that Hans is alive and well. I'd taken to praying for your health Hans as it was so odd to not have your quick and educational responses to my questions!!
