Webcam cannot be detected

As of 2021.1.19, my integrated webcam suddenly stopped working. When I launch an application that requires a webcam, I get an error that states, “We cannot find your camera.”
The camera was not showing up in Device Manager.
I tried reinstalling the driver twice, but it still does not show up in Device Manager.

I went into BIOS | Advanced | Built-In Device Options to look for and ticket Integrated Camera, but Integrated Camera was not even in the list of built-in devices.

It seems as though the webcam does not exist / is not detected by my computer.
