Uninstalling An Installed App on Windows 11

Post by hlewton »

I have Revo Uninstaller Pro and over the course of a few discussions I drew the conclusion it may be safer to use the Control Panel's Programs and features to uninstall a program. So I have a need to uninstall iCloud and then I planned on reinstalling it since I cannot find a way to repair it and make it function since upgrading the computer to Win 11. In any case iCloud does not show up in Programs and Features anywhere. In Revo Pro it also does not show up when sorting is showing "All Programs." However, it does show up and can be uninstalled if I sort Revo by "Windows Apps." I have not uninstalled it yet so I am looking for a suggestion so I can uninstall it in Programs and Features. Any idea how I can make it show up there so I can uninstall it? I don't see any sort options in Programs and Features that give me a choice for Windows Apps. I did try sorting by Publisher and looked for Apple but that did not help.

Does it show up in Apps > Apps & features?

If so, can you uninstall it from there?
