You know that some topics seem to morph into discussions on the value\no value of Reg Cleaners, Defraggers, Reg Compactors and this or that. Kind of like discussing politics or religion at a neighborhood BBQ. Some love them, some hate them. Some claim they destroyed their system and unleashed a plague on their households. Some want to nominate the authors for sainthood.
I think it boils down to, if you like them, use them. If not, don't use them.
I won't even say what camp I belong to but I have made it known in the past.
