TweakNow 2009 Powerpack 2009

Post by DaveA »

Just ran the Registry cleaner, it finds
399 entries in the ActiveX/Comm Section all are flagged "Safe to Delete"
25 entries in the Microsoft Shared Section all are flagged "Safe to Delete"

Are these REALLY safe to delete?

Let me start by admitting that I'm not a big fan of registry cleaners.

A search for user experiences turns up a very mixed bag - some people are very enthousiastic, others report serious problems after running TweakNow. If you're not sure about the entries, I'd let them be.
Best wishes,
Hans

Thanks Hans, that is why I asked. I am not a fan of them either, but I had a look see, when playing with TweakNow.
