Version 10.1.53.64 addresses some recent security issues.

If you use both Internet Explorer and another browser such as Firefox, make sure you get the version for each.

Thanks Hans. In case anyone else sees this, they've evidently got a new "download manager" that you get queried with first and if necessary you should download and install it. Then the Flash Player will download and install.
