Don't be put off by the mention of Linux in the URL, there's a Windows version too. I've not downloaded it or tried it yet so I've no idea if it lives up to its write up or not.
Mind you, what do I know about painting? Last time I did any was when we redecorated our study about 9 months ago

I hope they don't realise this means if you can scribble in MS Paint you can do worthwhile stuff in this app.
