Hello, I have been trying to make the text in my image readable for a while, without any success. I right click the One Photo Viewer to display it's editting features. Can you solve my mystery?

If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have NO luck at all.

Re: One Photo Viewer
How did you capture this image? If you want the text to be readable then you should save it as a .png rather than a .jpg

Re: One Photo Viewer
I don't really understand what it is you are asking about but if your question is better expressed as:
Why is the One Photo Viewer menu, which appears when I RIGHT click, is not displaying correctly, see screen shot?
then that looks like a problem with One Photo Viewer so your best bet is to use the 'contact us' form on their website and ask them.
If that's not what you're asking, then what is your question?

Excuse my badly posted image.
I think that One Photo Viewer is owned by Microsoft.
If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have NO luck at all.

I found this in Microsoft Store before your post, but will keep your suggestion in mind.
