Your company web site looks fairly comprehensive, who built that for you? If it was a professional web design company they will be able to advise you as well.

If you run a search on 'set up secure web server' or something like that you'll drown in some fairly techie ground work :grin:

Not sure if I could help you, I'm a newby as well here. Did you think about FTP? What about SharePoint?
