I'd avoid it! It's definitely not a Microsoft update, and with the spelling error (availbale instead of available) it doesn't inspire confidence.

Here is a simple rule that will protect you from many scams. ONLY INSTALL SOFTWARE IF IT IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL FOR YOU TO OPERATE, and then select the software yourself, don't ever respond to unsolicited adverts for software.
