Good Morning Everyone (or Afternoon) - by chance is anyone versed in LN 8.5 (non-beginner level of expertise)? I have a recurring issue with the Inbox not displaying email (the Inbox appears to be blank). However, after you close and re-open the Inbox the email appears.
Another issue is when deleting from the Inbox, either by selecting email to drag into the Trash, or using the Move to Trash icon, nothing happens (the email remains in the Inbox). However, after closing the Inbox and re-opening the function will resume as normal. Thanks for taking a look!

My only suggestion is to have your Notes Administrator refresh and / or replace the design of your mail file.
We've had strange issues with mail files here, and that seems to be the best fix. Sometimes, the client installation has been messed up, and removing Notes, rebooting, deleting the data files, and reloading the software fixes it.
