Request Read Receipt
In OE the tab for requesting a Read Receipt is instantly visible when the Tools tab is clicked BUT where is the same tab if one uses Microsoft Office Outlook or Windows Live please. Thanks Dave.

Select Tools | Options... in the e-mail message.
Tick the check box "Request a read receipt for this message".
Click OK.
Tick the check box "Request a read receipt for this message".
Click OK.

Sorry to be a pain Hans but when I click on "Tool" in the email I want a received response to I don't get the dialogue box that you show. Where am I going wrong?

Ah - your screenshot shows that you're using Word as e-mail editor. You should be able to get the diallog that I mentioned by clicking the Options button in the toolbar that starts with the Send button.
