I had to add an Exchange service to Outlook, for working with a client. So I now have two calendar folders, and two contact folders.
When I type a name in the "Search People" box at the top of the main Outlook window, it defaults to searching the Exchange server, not the contacts in my PST.
Is there a way to set a preference so that it searches my contacts, and not the Exchange server?

Re: Outlook default contacts folder
Press Ctrl+Shift+B to activate the Address Book.
Select Tools > Options...
Does it help if you select your contacts there?

Re: Outlook default contacts folder
That already shows the local contacts folder has been selected
A little more testing shows that if I type a name that ONLY appears in my address book into the "Search People" box then it will find it, but if I search for a name that appears in both then it shows the wrong one only. This makes searching on common names useless.

Sadly that made no difference, even if I remove the unwanted entries altogether!
