Hello ,
I have to manage 2 Team's shared inbox besides my personal email id. How can I set up a rule so that I get a notification in my personal id inbox when a new email arrived in Team's shared email id. I would like to get a notification of the "subject only" and not as a forward of the entire email to my personal id.
I tried to set up a rule in Team's shared id but it does not have the option to forward on the subject only as a notification. I think its forwarding the entire email . Hence I am getting confused whether its from the team id or its directed to me originally.
How to set up rules to notify if an email arrives in the Teams shared ie
