I have three email accounts. ctrl+shift+i takes me to the Inbox of the first email account that I added. I want it to go to the second email account that I added, which is currently set to the default account. How do I do this?
Is it possible to set up shortcuts to go between each of my accounts? For example:
ctrl+shift+1 - Gmail account
ctrl+shift+2 - Work account

Any thoughts or ideas? Or is this simply not possible in Outlook?
MS should develop such a shortcut given the fact that so many users these days use multiple email accounts.

There is no such shortcut, as far as I know. You can request it from inside Outlook (File > Feedback > Suggest a Feature) orpost it on Microsoft's Outlook Feedback Portal.
Best wishes,
