Not having altered any settings I am puzzled as to why all of a sudden all incoming emails appear in my Junk folder. Any suggestions as to why this might have happened and how to rectify this please?

Are you using Outlook 2007? If so, select Tools > Rules and Alerts...
Do you see a rule that might send messages to the Junk folder?

Navigating to that page I find every entry has the box ticked ie "Move it to the IN box folder" which obviously is not what is happening. Still puzzled Hans.
