I am trying to add a folder to Outlook(365) on Windows7 using the attached instructions(which I wrote )
I tried to expand the folder and receive this message.
Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location. The operation failed. An object cannot be found.
This worked with Outlook 2007.

Are you sure you have the necessary permissions to view that mailbox?
Best wishes,

Re: Outlook 365/Win7 - adding a folder
I have had permission/access for 20 years (going through many versions of Outlook) LOL
The only time I have had this issue, is when we recently upgraded to Office 365.
I am going to check with our IT folks to see if something changed.
Thanks Hans.
