Viewing emails

I am using Office 365 Outlook.
Is there a way to increase the size of the font used when reading an email?
I find it very small but can't see a way to change the view.
I do not want to use Reading Pane which, perversely, does allow changing font size with the slider at the bottom of the pane.

Option 1: hold down the Ctrl key while using the mouse wheel.

Option 2: click the Zoom button near the right hand side of the Message tab of the ribbon.
Enter a percentage and tick the check box 'Remember my preference', then click OK.
