Different listings

In my (address book) there are there contacts beginning with (P) but if I enter (Pet) in the (To) field in a blank email the predictive list shows 7. I find this rather puzzling, can someone enlighten me on this conflicting issue please?

Joe.......out of my depth that route, Bob, anything to do with the Cache is way out of my bounds of computer know how, & I have never created a second address book so expect the W7 version I am using only came with one. ?????? cheers Dave.

What you are calling the predictive list comes from the autocomplete cache. If you want to understand it and manage it you should read the article and then ask questions about the article's content.
