Outlook problems after July 14, 2020 updates

Some (many?) Microsoft 365 users are reporting that Outlook won't start after recent updates to Office and Windows.
Microsoft has acknowledged the problem: Outlook Crashes When Opening.

A fix is rolling out. I got hit a couple hours ago - noon central time USA. Fixed by the time I got back to it 2 hours later.
