I can't vote - it depends. I usually remain logged in to forums such as Eileen's Lounge and Microsoft Community, so I will simply visit another site without logging out first.
But I always log out after online banking and similar.

On banking sites and similar I usually remain logged out all the time unless I am logged in but on Eileen's and similar if I am logged in then I am always logged in except if I am logged out.
When i am finished browsing, then i just close my browser (#3).
