I've not got it checked, for two reasons. It isn't checked by default (as far as I know) AND I thought about those "legit" times when a web page gets redirected to a new location, server or what have you.

As far as I know, I've never had a problem because of redirection. Let's see what others say about it.

I'd have to agree with Al entirely. I've had it ticked for a while but it became annoying so I un-ticked it again.
