Is "Alternative Download" a Firefox add-on?

Please excuse my ineptness.... but is the Alternative Download app. shown in my Navigation bar an Add-on for Firefox, if so what folder will I find it in please? Thanks Dave.

The add-on isn't called "Alternative Download" but "Flash Video Downloader - Youtube Downloader". I assume it's installed in a subfolder of the Extensions folder under your Firefox profile.
