userform disppear...

I show the userform1 from a button in userform2 (similar userform1.show)
Now if a user clik on userform2 the userform1 disapper and go i don know where!!!!!!
Is possible to have always in front the userform1 do until i click on CHIUDI button on the userform1 (see arrow)...
