Small Basic Sound

Hello Loungers

Anyone have any experience with Small Basic? It throws up no search results on the forum!I recently introduced my son to it to see if he had an interest. We have been playing with Sound.PlayMusic() and have put a couple of ditties together. Is it possible in Small Basic to play two notes at the same time in order to produce a chord?

I haven't seen or used Small Basic, but from the goals set out by the developers, I don't think they'll support more than playing single sounds, or playing an external sound file such as a .mp3 file.

One of the most important visions of this project is to focus on the beginner persona. This is very impor[a]tant for us and we've so far successfully avoided the temptation to add any [any] feature that doesn't cater to this persona. We'll continue to be guided by this vision. So, don't expect Small Basic to start supporting Generics any time soon. :)

Thanks for that Hans. I read that in the FAQs. Whilst I didn't think there would be much Small Basic use in the Lounge, I thought I would ask anyway since MS claim it's theoretically possible to do more complicated stuff.

Looks like I'll have to save the multichannel mixing for when my son out grows this version of Basic!
