Linking to Excel
I have a database where I want to link to multiple Excel files. These Excel files will be updated every month. Do I just save the new Excel files and overwrite the original Excel files keeping the same name? It won't break the link?

Yes - just overwrite - as long as you don't need to keep the files for historical purposes. If you do, you could simply rename the existing ones before you put the new ones in place. In either case, make sure the database isn't open by anyone while you are replacing the files. One other thing - make sure the layout of the Excel files doesn't change - you don't want columns being moved or renamed.

Re: Linking to Excel
That should indeed work as long as the filename remains the same.
Best wishes,
