Union Query SQL

I have this Union Query and I am trying to add two additional fields. I added the fields to both queries and added the fields to the Union SQL but It is not working (see attached). For the fields I am trying to add, it comes up "Enter parameter Value". What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure that CSG_V2 is a field in both District_HealthVision_WO_Prompt_Compare_Current and in District_HelathVision_Compare_July2 (note that it's HelathVision and not HealthVision in your screenshot!) and that it's spelled exactly like that?

Once I looked at your reply, I realized what I have been doing. I was using the wrong query for "District_HealthVision_Wo_Prompt_Compare_Current". It is time for me to go home. Thank you very much.
